MVIS apprentice scoops award in National Awards
An apprentice at the ITS (UK) member MVIS has won national recognition in the first Learning Unlimited National Apprenticeship Awards.
Tillie Woolliscroft won Apprentice of the Year after being described in her nomination as “someone who went above and beyond her role and had developed her skills and knowledge to a high standard”.
Tillie said, “I was over the moon to be nominated by my employer, MVIS Ltd, and couldn’t believe that I was chosen to be a finalist! To win the award was overwhelming. I am grateful to everyone at MVIS for helping me develop my abilities. I joined the MVIS “family” straight from school at 16, and to work with such a warm, inviting friendly bunch of people really helped me to transfer into the working environment. Despite the award being in my name, I know that it is down to the amazing team behind me and I would like to thank them all. #TeamMVIS”
General Manager at MVIS, Anne Ashman, added, “Tillie is witty, funny and extremely organised; she gives the office the pazazz it was missing. Her role is not only filled with organising deliveries all over the UK, but she also finds time to produce some fantastic images for the company website and social media pages and is raising the profile of the company branding. MVIS is very proud to have her as part of their team.”
