JCT Symposium delegates can “book with confidence”
ITS (UK) members JCT say that delegates signing up for September’s Traffic Signals Symposium in Nottingham can book with confidence, as they ease cancellation terms during the Coronavirus crisis
We realise that many people may be putting off a decision to book places at the 2020 Symposium until we get a clearer picture of how the Covid-19 pandemic progresses and on how Government restrictions on movement change.
At this stage however we are obviously keen to run the 2020 Symposium if at all possible, so we are relaxing the cancellation terms for Symposium Delegate and Exhibitor bookings: For Delegates: You may now cancel your booking at any time up to the 14th August 2020 and receive either a full refund or transfer your booking to 2021. There will be no administration charge. We will also not invoice against any new purchase orders until after the 18th of August.
For Exhibitors : You may now cancel your exhibition stand at any time up until the 14th August 2020 and receive a full refund with no administration charge. We obviously need people to book in order to get a viable event and based on the situation and bookings we will make a final decision on the viability of the event on the 18th August 2020 and in the unfortunate event that we decide it is impractical to proceed we will issue a full refund for any monies paid.
