Grid Smarter Cities breaks into the top 10 in the IP100 Intellectual Property League Table
North East based tech firm member Grid Smarter Cities is thrilled to announce that they have placed in #7 place in the 2018 IP League Table! The IP League Table is developed by Metis Partners, and ranks UK companies based on their IP assets and value.
Grid is a platform company of smart city solutions and systems that envisages the city of the near future as “digital, connected and convenient”; its expertise and patented products aim to help deliver this vision.
Now with its Head Office at ‘The Core’ in Newcastle, Grid is positioning itself as a global thought leader in the Smart City space.. With a team of developers now working in-house, Grid is able to build robust, industry leading solutions in an agile manner.
Grid was recently chosen to attend Department for International Trade – Innovate UK Trade Missions to Singapore and Australia and in May will be presenting its solution portfolio to US and International Governments and investors in May.
Grid has granted UK, European and US and other international patents in ‘Smart City’ solutions relevant to parking, freight management, access to transport, goods and services, Intelligent Kerbside Management and end-to-end waste processes.
