Clearview strengthens its team with an “eye on the future”
ITS (UK) member Clearview Intelligence is strengthening its senior management team with internal promotions ready to push on into 2020 and beyond.
Following on from a year of new project successes, award wins and restructuring of manufacturing capabilities, Managing Director Nick Lanigan has taken the opportunity to strengthen the senior Clearview management team with promotions to the company’s operations board for both Chris Keenan and Paul Bates.
Chris Keenan moves onto the board as the new Director of Business, Scotland, where after several years of successive growth, he now assumes full profit and loss and business development responsibility for the Clearview business north of the border. Paul Bates takes on the role of Director of Solutions which combines leading the product management team with a new wider remit of special project support. This move creates a single team that will be responsible for developing innovative uses of Clearview’s product range on all types of projects.
There is also a promotion to executive director on the main board for Andy Salotti who assumes the role of Client Relationship Director, overseeing the external facing sales, marketing and client relationship teams.
Commenting on the promotions Nick Lanigan said: “It’s always a pleasure to be able to reward success but these new roles also align to the needs of our new five-year strategic plan. Clearview’s aim of making journeys work is not only about external road operators and users but also about creating internal career journeys for all our employees to enjoy.”
